Overall, my experience was decent, and I would return primarily for the wings, fries, and tater tots. The food was generally enjoyable, although it seemed as though the chef may have been off their game that day. The service, however, was the weakest part of the experience. Both the waiter and waitress gave the impression that they did not want to be there, which negatively affected the atmosphere. My waitress also appeared visibly annoyed when I asked questions about the menu. As a first-time customer, I explained that I was unfamiliar with the restaurant and was simply trying to understand my options. I believe the front of house staff would benefit from additional customer service training to create a more welcoming experience for new guests. Despite the issues with service, I would still consider returning because the food made the visit worthwhile.

We came in during a really busy time, but Tabitha was absolutely amazing! Even with how packed it was, she stayed attentive and was always checking on our table. Our drinks were never empty, and we never had to ask for anything because she was already on top of it.She was so kind, personable, and easy to talk to. She carried conversation naturally and made us feel genuinely welcome. I’ve been here several times with my husband, and while the food and atmosphere have always been great (which is why I keep coming back), the service hasn’t always been the best. This time, I came with friends, and Tabitha completely changed the experience.She took such great care of us from start to finish and truly went above and beyond. And not to mention she smells good too, haha! 😆 Tabitha made an already great restaurant experience even better. We’ll definitely be back, and I will ask for her Everytime!

I had a great experience at World of Beer, thanks to Tabitha! She was not only incredibly sweet and beautiful, but also attentive and professional. She went above and beyond to make sure my family was comfortable. My daughter was cold, and without hesitation, Tabitha offered her jacket for her to wear. That level of kindness and care is rare to find. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was really nice ! Even though the restaurant was busy, she consistently checked on us and made sure we had everything we needed. Her customer service was truly excellent and made our visit even more enjoyable. We will definitely be back !

The good: The waitress was very pleasant. The bad: My daughter got about 5 fries so I asked if she could get some more. Apparently there was miscommunication because I was charged for a side of fries instead. Also, theres a double charge for a tech service fee that doesnt make since. Overall: It seems like its more of a sports bar with all the tvs. The food is good but nothing I would want to come back to. Ill pass on this on the future.

Location looked great. Service sucks 😕 😑 We even debated just getting up to leave. Drinks were okay but by the time they arrived we were already annoyed. We ordered everything all at once to avoid food delays. Food took forever. And then no one came to table. The place wasn't even that busy. And when we asked for our check another eternity. Then for her to come back and pick up the check was forever. Probly won't ever go back to this place again.
